We help coalitions, agencies, and networks prepare for disruption by building the trust, coordination, and readiness to act together under pressure. Our approach follows three phases:

  • Discover - We begin with a Readiness Scan and Partner Mapping to identify your community's current strengths, risks, and capacity gaps
  • Co-design - Together, we create playbooks, scenarios, and communication plans that define who does what, when, and how
  • Embed - We reinforce readiness through drills, debriefs, and Praxis prompts that turn planning into sustained preparedness

The result is a community with the systems, relationships, and practiced confidence to coordinate effectively, respond faster, and recover stronger.
